The ecological environment system of Guangxi will continue to deepen the defense of the blue sky, clear water and pure land, serve the high-quality development of the real economy, promote the digital and intelligent transformation of ecological environment information with "artificial intelligence+", improve the modernization level of ecological environment governance capacity, and accelerate the construction of a modern and beautiful Chinese path to modernization style Guangxi where people and nature coexist harmoniously.

I am currently at the mouth of the Pinglu Canal. This is an important ecological node connecting the inland and the ocean, and also the location of the Maowei Sea three-dimensional intelligent comprehensive monitoring base. Not long ago, the smart water station of the base was officially put into use, and together with the shore based tower type hyperspectral monitoring system, a comprehensive water quality monitoring network was constructed. This means that our ecological protection of this water area has entered a new era of intelligence.

The smart water station adopts new technologies such as the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, and AI video to automatically monitor key indicators such as total phosphorus, total nitrogen, permanganate index, ammonia nitrogen, and water quality parameters, and transmit data in real-time to an integrated information platform.

The Maowei Sea Stereoscopic Intelligent Comprehensive Monitoring Base is a benchmark project for integrated monitoring of "sky, earth, and sea" in China. In January of this year, the first phase of the base was put into use, and real-time monitoring of the environmental conditions at the mouth of the Pinglu Canal was achieved through methods such as unmanned aerial vehicle automatic cruise, tower scanning, shore based and buoy water quality automatic monitoring.

The second and third phases of the base are planned to be constructed from 2025 to 2027. After full completion, satellites, drones, shore base stations, and sea buoys will work together to achieve full element and continuous online automatic observation and monitoring. With a modern monitoring system, it will help ensure the marine ecological security and high-quality development of the offshore economy in the Beibu Gulf of Guangxi.

Promote the digital transformation of ecological environment information through "artificial intelligence+" and continuously enhance the modernization level of ecological environment governance capabilities. This year, the ecological environment system of the entire region will take the third round of central ecological environment protection inspection as an opportunity and lever to fully promote the rectification of a number of prominent ecological environment problems; Fully promote the implementation of a series of key tasks and major measures for the reform of the ecological civilization system; Fully promote a series of major engineering projects and beautiful demonstration construction to drive overall work improvement. At the same time, efforts will be made to promote 15 key tasks, including building the Guangxi brand of ecological environment, overall health, livability, health and longevity, summarizing, evaluating and planning the "Five Year Plan", continuously and deeply fighting the battle to protect the blue sky, clear water and pure land, and firmly safeguarding the scenery of the Li River and Guilin.
